Shipping policy

Orders are filled next Sweet Yarns' business day (Tuesday through Saturday) and then shipped out next business day (Monday through Friday), with the exception of Canadian holidays and Sweet Yarns' store closures.

All our packages are shipped out through Canada Post. Rates are calculated during the check out process through this website according to weight and size of package.

In Canada, you have options for Expedited Parcel, Priority, and Xpresspost in the check out process, and we offer free shipping on purchases over $199. If you are local, we also offer a free pick up in store option to save on shipping.

International packages are sent through Canada Post as well, although they have different shipping options. USA packages can be Expedited Parcel USA, Small Packet USA Air, Tracked Packed USA, and Xpresspost USA. The rest of the world packages can be Expedited Parcel USA, International Parcel Air or Surface, Small Packet International Air or Surface, Small Packed USA Air, Tracked Packet International or USA, or Xpresspost International or USA.

If a tracking number is available and an email address was provided at the time of order, an automated email will be sent to the address provided with the tracking information.
