Refund policy

Sweet Yarns strives to offer beautiful quality products at affordable prices. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days and we will be happy to process your return or exchange. A small deduction may occur for processing fees at any time. If 30 days has gone by since your purchase, you may be subjected to a 25% restocking charge.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Gift cards, books, magazines, and sale items are not able to be returned. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card within a reasonable time frame.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different variation, please email customerservice@sweetyarns.ca. Return shipping costs are at your expense. New shipping costs will be charged for the exchange order. If the exchange order total is more than the original order, the difference will be charged to the original credit card. If exchange order total is less than the original order, the difference will be credited to the original credit card.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
If you have any issues with your purchase, please email admin@sweetyarns.ca or call 705-586-4648. We will be happy to assist you in correcting the issues.

Shipping
Return products should be mailed to Sweet Yarns at 1465 Bancroft Drive, Sudbury, ON P3B 1R6 Canada. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Changes and Cancellations
If you would like to cancel or change your order, please email admin@sweetyarns.ca or call 705-586-4648. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request if you contact us before your order has been processed.
