New pattern and yarn

Nothing is more exciting around here than getting in a new yarn. I was particularly excited about this one as it is made from 100% baby alpaca. The yarn is called Puna and comes from Amano Yarns which is a Peruvian company. It's wonderfully soft and comes in some fabulous colours.

Inspired by the national flower of Peru, I designed a cowl that features rows of rosette stitches. The Cantuta Cowl pattern is available in store and is up on Ravelry. This weekend only, you can get a free copy of the pattern when you purchase the yarn. If you order the yarn through our online store and want the pattern, just leave us a note to include a copy. Only one skein needed to complete the project.
